Students will have great fun describing drawings of two high-energy teenagers, Martín and Mariela. Students work in pairs. They have three tasks: 1. Role-play in Spanish two cable TV announcers who describe the action in the drawings of Martín and Mariela for a new cable news program, 2. Role-play a Spanish teacher/student asking/answering questions in Spanish based on the drawings and 3. Use the action in the drawings to make-up dialogue/conversation that Martín and Mariela say during their new hit TV mini-series. Each activity includes keywords for students to use.
