We also accept check, money order and purchase orders. Orders must be prepaid if they are shipping to your home address. Orders must be placed on a purchase order or billed to you if they are shipping to a school address. Every purchase made at carlexonline.com is guaranteed safe and secure. We use the latest encryption technology and have an updated security certificate. If you are not comfortable ordering online, you can fax in, mail in or call in your order.
HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
We ship fast! 95% of our orders leave the warehouse the same day they are received. Please allow 2-10 days for UPS transit. We ship most orders by UPS ground. After your order is placed you will receive a copy of your invoice followed by the tracking information for your shipment.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
All of the shipping prices on our website are only for customers within the United States and it's possessions. Due to trade and copyright regulations we no longer ship overseas, to Canada or Mexico.
DO YOU GIVE AWAY FREE SAMPLES?
We do not give away free samples of any of our products. We do, however, have a lenient preview and return policy. You may order any item(s) from our catalog and review them for 30 days. Items shipped to a home must be prepaid by check, money order, or credit card. If the items are shipped to your school we can invoice you on Net 30 terms, which means you will have 30 days to pay the invoice. If the items will not work for you, return them to us and we will issue you a credit. If you are pleased with the items, keep them and pay the invoice.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
Gift certificates are available in any denomination. We can send them directly to the recipient along with a copy of our current catalog or we can mail them to you so that you may give the gift certificate in person. Please call us at 1-800-526-3768 to purchase a gift certificate.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items must be returned in clean, salable, unused condition. However, it is acceptable to preview any videos, DVDs, or music when you receive the item. Send the items that you would like to return to us in a box that can hold up in shipment. Include a copy of the invoice and description of the reason for the return with the items that you are returning.

1. If you are not satisfied with the eBooks you have purchased, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of making your purchase. (Please note that refund requests will not be considered for purchases made more than 30 days before.)
2. In the e-mail, list your order number and the reasons for your refund request.
3. We will respond to your request within two business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt of the original e-mail.
4. Please note that refunds issued by Carlex will be in the form of a credit (a digital coupon added to your shopping cart) that represents 50% of the value of the items for which you are requesting a refund. This credit will be applied towards your next purchase at the Carlexonline.com store.
5. As we track all refund requests, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests from any customers deemed to be abusing our refund policy.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE USING A PURCHASE ORDER?
There are two ways you can begin placing an order on the Carlex website using a purchase order. First, you can begin by logging in or creating a Carlex account, which will consist of a school e-mail address (if it is a personal e-mail we will not send the order) and a password. You will then choose all the Carlex items you would like to order by adding them to your cart. When you have finished ordering please proceed to checkout. During the checkout process you will be given three payment options; credit card, terms, and gift card redemption. Choose the terms tab and enter your purchase order number. Continue with the remaining checkout steps until your order is complete.
The second way to place a purchase order through the Carlex website is to simply begin by adding items to your cart. Once you are done ordering proceed to checkout. When entering your customer information you will need to either login to your previously created account or register (on the bottom left) with a password. If you do not register or login you will not be able to pay with a purchase order. Once your information is in place continue with the checkout. During the checkout process you will be given three payment options; credit card, terms, and gift card redemption. Choose the terms tab and enter your purchase order number. Continue with the remaining checkout steps until your order is complete. Carlex will send an invoice referencing your purchase order number to the billing address and you will have 30 days to remit payment.
